Alright guys- Here's another star, on the house... I think your energy would be better spent actually improving your service rather than talking us into giving you more stars...but we'd like to be done here. If you can't stay in contact with your customers, be prepared for extreme frustration. Pretty simple stuff. Business 101. Edit- changing from 2 star to 1 star due to them discrediting my review/experience by REVIEWING THEIR OWN COMPANY 5 STARS TWICE. Unethical. Shameful. Was planning on giving them more than I thought they deserved due to the day of the catering going well and the staff being friendly.. but after evaluating this entire experience and watching them pad their own company's review score, I feel like it's my responsibility to offset that to better reflect my own experience with them. I mean if you can't stay in basic contact with your customers, be prepared for them to be frustrated. Pretty simple. Original 2 star review: Stress up to the day of the wedding. I vouched for this company after my (new) wife was leaning toward using The Hangar due to past positive experience. Not sure what has happened but this is not the Abby's Kitchen of old.. The day of the wedding they did come through with great food, service, and cost, overall. But unfortunately, I consider a huge part of that cost to cover "peace of mind"; knowing that your wedding will be properly catered. At no point did we have peace of mind..
