Walked in to switch from Verizon...was greeted by a rep sneezing and hacking and coughing and wiping his nose with his sleeve...greeeeat. I asked "Should you be at work?" Guess what gift I got three days later? But wait! There's more...bought the Apple Watch Series 3 because I was told by THEIR EMPLOYEE that you could text and call WITHOUT being paired to your phone...cool right? Not so much...turns out that you can call, but not text because of the way NumberSync "works" or rather...doesn't. So, upon finding out that the watch was not as it was represented by THEIR EMPLOYEE, I returned it the next day. I was happily informed that I would not only not be walking out with a watch as I expected it, but I would be charged $45 for the privilege of "restocking" it. Easily the worst phone experience in ten years.
