These People Are Incredible! The whole office is like family. Bruce (Maliah's Brother) was really excellent with his follow up skills, and he was very understanding with my timeline when it came to getting a particular insurance policy. They were never to pushy, and are continually looking for ways to save or increase the value of your coverages. since I have switched to her insurance, Randomly, when a new policy change or way to save or get better coverage would become available, they were proactive to review at their own expense and call me to review my coverages to ensure I am happy and satisfied. They don't just keep taking my money, but actually invest in me as much as I invest in them. I used to be with USAA as a veteran, but when it came to home insurance, and vehicle, they managed to still come out on top, with better coverages to the price. Even if they couldn't beat a current rate, I've been impressed and found that the value and package options to be better for the same price in not less. Alex and Lacy are great and pretty quick to get answers to questions. They can also hook you up with an auto loan at a really surprisingly low rate pretty quickly that is guaranteed to be paid off if someone totals your vehicle and I personally know someone who was able to get into another replacement vehicle the very next day because of this. Malia & Chip will always make time for someone and thoroughly explain everything and listen to any idea you may have and run it up the chain if they don't know the answers. When it comes to a vehicle claim, my experience has been five star. To put it this way, we live in Juneau Alaska, and don't have to fight to get a fair settlement on your vehicle loss. They actually factor in things I never expected to have factored in, and when I had an objection, Malia would make a phone call, and Its like Magic. I remember one experience where we had a claim on our condo, and Ken the adjuster, was very pleasant to deal with. he made me feel like he is on my side, where as to my experience with most insurance companies they always gave me the impression of how much can i hot have to pay. I hope these people stay around forever. I've been very happy with them.
