News Home More from News of the North Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The City and Borough of Juneau Planning Commission will take up a conditional use permit modification for Juneau Youth Services on Tuesday night. The meeting will be held in Assembly chambers at City Hall starting at 7 p.m. The meeting will be streamed on Zoom. The permit would allow for the development of Juneau Youth Services' conversion of Montana Creek House dorm rooms into administrative offices. Staff is recommending approval, subject to conditions stating that the maximum number of residents approved on site is 29, the total maximum previously approved for Lighthouse and Black Bear House.
