News Home 54-year-old Izaak S Needham (Photo courtesy of SPD) Sitka, Alaska (KINY) - On Sept. 12, a Sitka Police Officer observed a male, known to not have a valid driver's license, driving a vehicle inbound on Halibut Point Road. The officer made contact with the male in a parking lot, and during the contact the officer observed the male remove a small baggie of pills, later identified as fentanyl, from his pocket and dropped it on the ground. The male then attempted to conceal and grind the pills into the ground with his foot.
