News Home Photo provided by the Sitka Police Department and Alaska State Troopers Sitka, Alaska (KINY) - Sitka PD and Alaska State Troopers have put a bulletin for a missing 17-year-old, Kodi Richards. Kodi Richards was last seen on Aug. 9 at approximately 11:00 a.m. in Sitka. She was reported missing around 4:00 p.m. from the area of 103 Burkhart Street (Sawmill Creek Apartments). Her last known clothing description is unknown, but she is believed to have a white backpack.
