News Home Sterling, Alaska (KINY) - On Saturday, at 9:35 p.m., the Soldotna Alaska State Troopers stopped 48-year-old Jeremy Dawson from Ninilchik, for moving violations in Sterling. A citizen had also called about 20 minutes earlier and reported Dawsons' vehicle was driving dangerously from Soldotna to Sterling. During the stop, it was determined that Dawson was under the influence of drugs, had a suspended driver's license, and was in possession of controlled substances.
